Questions
Will these rolls fit my machine?
Measure the width of the roll and check the length on your current box. Not sure? Email sales@pos1paper.com with your terminal or printer model and we'll confirm the right size.
Are these rolls BPA free?
Yes. Our thermal rolls are BPA free, and we also carry phenol-free rolls with no BPA, BPS or phenol-based developers.
How many rolls are in a case?
The roll count is in the product name. Each case is shrink-wrapped and boxed to keep the paper clean and dry.
Do you have volume discounts?
Yes. Save 5% on 3 cases and 10% on 5 or more. Mix and match any paper roll sizes, and printer ribbon packs (24 per pack) count as a case too. The savings apply automatically in your cart.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $15. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
What if they don't work for me?
30-Day Fit & Print Guarantee. If our rolls don't fit your machine or don't print clearly, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace them or refund you. No need to send anything back.
Sound familiar?
Receipt paper is the last thing you want to think about
Out of paper at the worst moment
The last roll runs out during the lunch rush and someone has to run to the store for an overpriced sleeve.
Faint or jammed receipts
Thin or poorly wound rolls jam the printer or print too faint for customers to read.
Wrong size, again
Widths and lengths look alike. Order the wrong one and the case sits in the back room.
